This could be used to add GPS to an iPod or iPad! That would be an awesome hack if it was made fit inside the case and run off the battery.

I actually think this is using Wifi, not bluetooth. Note that in the video, the “bluetooth” indicator isn’t present in the top status bar on the phone. Other people around the ‘net seem to have reached a similar conclusion, FWIW.
